Qualifications

• Extensive experience in DB pensions with a strong technical background.
• Knowledge of buy-in, buyout, and wind-up processes and their workstreams.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise and manage dependencies.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across levels.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and project manage buy-in, buyout, and wind-up projects to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate across all workstreams to ensure deliverables are met.
• Liaise with and manage Trustees, Sponsors and advisory teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurers, independent trustees and law firms.
• Contribute to new business initiatives, including tenders and presentations.
• Prepare and deliver clear client updates and reports.
• May undertake other activities of a similar nature as required.
