XPS Group in Leeds is seeking an Assistant Post-Transaction Lead (Pensions) to join the Risk Settlement team. The role supports Post-transaction Project Leads in overseeing activities required after a buy-in, buyout and wind-up, with a DB background and strong client-facing potential.

• Experience of working with Defined Benefit Pension schemes.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Post-Transaction Project Leads in overseeing activities after a buy-in/buyout.
• Documenting and following up actions, facilitating meetings, and producing management reporting.
• Managing workstreams within large projects or smaller projects.
