PE Graduate Teacher - Kettering

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a passionate and proactive PE Graduate Teacher to join one of our successful partner secondary schools in the Kettering area. About the Role

As a PE Graduate Teacher, you will assist with delivering high‑energy practical and theory PE lessons, support extra‑curricular activities, and work alongside experienced staff to encourage students' physical development and wellbeing. This role is ideal for graduates considering a future in teaching or sports coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of high‑quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Assist with planning, setting up, and supervising practical activities
  • Lead and support small groups and individual students
  • Contribute to school sports clubs, teams, and enrichment activities
  • Encourage positive attitudes toward health, fitness, and teamwork
  • Help maintain a safe, supportive, and active learning environment
What We're Looking For
