Job summary

Affinity Trust Bristol-based PBS Practitioner role helping young people and adults with learning disabilities and autism to live more independent lives.

You will receive full funding for training, DBS, safeguarding, and liability insurance, with a salary of £26,363.57 per year plus mileage and 37.5 hours per week including travel time. You will travel across the area to support individuals and families.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Young people and Adults (16+) with learning disabilities and Autism.
• Full UK manual driving licence, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel across the area.

Responsibilities

• Help young people and adults with learning disabilities and autism to transform their lives.
• Enable placements to continue and improve access to communities.
• Support families, carers and professionals to embed steps for long-lasting impact.
