Job summary

A supporting mental health organization is seeking a PBS Practitioner to deliver impactful behavioral interventions. This role involves conducting assessments, developing plans, and providing staff training. Ideal candidates will have a PBS Level 5 Diploma and experience with individuals with learning disabilities. This full-time position offers a salary of £30,309.16 per annum and a generous holiday allowance of 30 days plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and support complex cases.
• Develop and monitor behavioural intervention plans focused on skill development.
• Deliver training and coaching to staff and carers on best practice approaches.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
