Morson Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the Payroll Benefits in Kind implementation within an SAP ECC Payroll setup in Solihull. This hybrid role focuses on delivering payroll changes in line with HMRC requirements and a clear April 2027 deadline.

The role requires strong SAP ECC Payroll experience, stakeholder engagement across Payroll, Reward, Finance, HR and IT, and hands-on delivery of testing and governance across the project.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in UK payroll management or senior payroll roles.
• Strong hands-on SAP ECC Payroll experience.
• Experience delivering SAP ECC Payroll implementations or PBIK projects.
• Proven ability to lead UAT, testing and defect management.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead the PBIK implementation within the SAP ECC Payroll environment.
• Act as payroll SME for payroll, benefits and HMRC requirements.
• Gather, document and validate cross-functional requirements.
• Lead UAT, test planning, execution and sign-off.
• Provide governance and RAID management throughout the project.
• Coordinate activities with Payroll, Reward, Finance, HR and IT.
