A leading recruitment consultancy in the UK seeks an experienced Payroll Officer to manage both weekly and monthly payrolls for a large food manufacturer in Brackley. The successful candidate will handle payroll processing, maintain accurate records, ensure statutory compliance, and collaborate with HR and finance teams. Responsibilities

  • Administer and process weekly and monthly payrolls accurately.
  • Maintain payroll records and reconcile data within the payroll system.

  • Manage starters, leavers, and changes, ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to resolve payroll queries.
  • Support year-end processes, including P60s and audit requirements.
