About the Role

As a Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering accurate payroll and exceptional benefits administration across multiple regions. You’ll work with a passionate, international People team to ensure employees receive a seamless, supportive, and compliant payroll and benefits experience.

This role is responsible for managing payroll and benefits across: United Kingdom (primary focus), Netherlands, and Australia.

What You’ll Do
Payroll
  • Collect, compile, and enter payroll data with accuracy
  • Process payroll across regions within established deadlines
  • Investigate discrepancies, resolve errors, and issue reports as needed
  • Maintain payroll records and update changes (salary updates, transfers, leavers, job changes)
  • Respond to employee pay‑related queries with clarity and care
  • Complete pay‑related documentation such as employment verifications
  • Ensure payroll compliance, internal controls, and adherence to regional legislation
Benefits
  • Administer benefit programs including PMI, salary sacrifice, statutory and enhanced pay, pension, life insurance, and wellness offerings
  • Conduct benefits orientations and guide employees through the self‑enrolment system
  • Maintain benefit records and ensure HRIS accuracy for payroll deductions
  • Support employees through benefit claims (health, income protection, life, etc.)
  • Reconcile monthly premium statements and coordinate invoice processing
  • Support benefit plan renewals and annual provider / broker reviews
  • Organise benefit education sessions and ensure required employee notices are distributed
  • Assist with reporting and compliance requirements
Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in HR / payroll projects, pay and reward cycles, and policy compliance
  • Contribute to process automation and technology / AI‑driven improvements
