A leading company in payroll and benefits is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to ensure accurate payroll and exceptional benefits administration. Based in Nottingham, you will support payroll across the United Kingdom, Netherlands, and Australia, collaborate with a passionate team, and promote process efficiencies. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and a people-focused approach, with a hybrid work setup of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

As a Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering accurate payroll and exceptional benefits administration across multiple regions. You’ll work with a passionate, international People team to ensure employees receive a seamless, supportive, and compliant payroll and benefits experience.
This role is responsible for managing payroll and benefits across: United Kingdom (primary focus), Netherlands, and Australia.
