Everfield is hiring a Payments Pricing Lead to own end-to-end pricing for Everfield Payments. You will shape strategy, pricing policy, and tooling, enabling multiple business units to sell payments profitably.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration with Sales/GTM, Finance and engineering, and a strong emphasis on AI-driven scale and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven capability to operate at all levels and gain senior trust.
• Deep knowledge of payments economics including interchange and fees.
• AI native with experience using AI tools for efficiency.
• Experience in a high-volume payments pricing role.
• Ability to explain payments concepts to non-experts.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy, policy, and tooling for Everfield Payments.
• Enable commercial teams with pricing insights and playbooks.
• Design margin management across regions and units.
• Lead re-pricing of back-book merchants and monitor profitability.
• Develop enablement tooling requirements with the dev team.
• Coach business units to win complex deals and RfPs.
