Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Product Monetization & Pricing Lead to shape pricing for its AI product suite. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and Finance to align pricing with customer value and support both product-led growth and enterprise deals.

The role is based in Paris with hybrid flexibility. You will design charge metrics, build financial models, translate AI features into pricing narratives and benchmark market trends to keep pricing competitive.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in GTM, product or strategy roles in deep-tech or SaaS.
• At least 5 years pricing experience for technical products.
• Experience designing pricing strategies for APIs, cloud or dev tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design charge metrics and pricing tiers (usage, seats, subscriptions).
• Build financial models, run A/B tests, analyse usage data.
• Translate features into pricing narratives and value props.
• Benchmark competitors and monitor market trends for competitiveness.
• Provide pricing guidelines and training to Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Establish dashboards to track revenue, margins and adoption.
