elasticStage Ltd is seeking a Finance Operations and Strategy Manager to design and implement the finance backbone for a fast-growing on-demand vinyl and CD platform. You will build driver-based models, drive budgeting and funding strategies, and partner with commercial, product, factory operations and engineering to scale financially.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance and strategy roles.
• Background in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB or equivalent).
• Strong financial modelling with driver-based approaches.
• Experience setting up budgeting and FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up finance operating model end-to-end for scale.
• Develop driver-based financial models aligned to OKRs.
• Lead funding strategy across equity, debt, and grants.
• Design and run budgeting process.
• Oversee finance for multi-market ecommerce and multi-site manufacturing.
• Build AI-native finance infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional strategic finance projects.
