Job summary

Ticket Tailor is building a new payments product and seeking a full-time Payments Product Manager to own the domain, from existing integrations to new product pathways. You will work in a small, empowered team with alignment to the Product Director, shaping long-term payment strategy and delivering tangible impact for event organisers.

You’ll need real payments product experience, the ability to diagnose problems from first principles, and a bias toward building coherent, extendable solutions.

Qualifications

• Real payments product experience within SaaS, platform, marketplace or payment service context.
• Ownership of a payment domain end-to-end with vision and decisions.
• First-principles problem diagnosis to define value for users.
• Ability to articulate domain direction and guide short-term builds.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving processes.
• Interest in applying AI to deepen work depth and pace.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision for payments, including current integrations and new product.
• Deeply diagnose organisers' payments problems and define what 'good' looks like.
• Own end-to-end payment integrations, including roadmap and conversions.
• Build a living payments domain model to simplify future work.
• Turn money-movement friction into solvable product problems.
• Design to prevent toil for support and operations teams.
• Judge success using meaningful customer signals and iterate.
• Apply AI fluently to improve depth and pace of work.
