Job summary

Everfield is seeking a Pricing Lead to design and implement pricing models across Europe, coordinating with Finance, Sales, and Product to maximise profitability. You will establish pricing strategies, develop tooling, and drive margin management across PortCos.

Qualifications

• Proven capability to operate at all levels and gain confidence of colleagues and senior management.
• Experience with cross-border / interchange / schemes in pricing.
• Commercial pricing, planning and financial forecasting in a high transaction business, ideally payments.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Ability to translate policy/scheme changes into pricing strategy.
• Data-driven approach to finance strategy addressing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing and rollout of pricing approaches and GTM strategies.
• Collaborate with product, sales and operations to align pricing with input costs and revenue goals.
• Define pricing strategy from input costs to offers, including bundles and tooling.
• Develop margin management and profitability monitoring across regions.
• Manage re-pricing and back-book monitoring, and sales tooling for quick pricing decisions.
• Oversee incentives and revenue share arrangements between PortCos and Everfield; create salesperson incentives.
• Drive relationships with suppliers and card schemes; monitor scheme changes and bulletins.
• Ensure input prices inputs are identified and updated for key suppliers.
