The role requires experience in Accounts/Finance, SAP knowledge, and the ability to handle high-volume processing in a fast-paced environment. On-site work at the Grangemouth HQ offers a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Accounts/Finance function.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable processes.
• Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of IT systems and software.
• Experience in high-volume processing in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous SAP knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, validate and execute daily payment runs.
• Manage multiple payment methods (BACS, CHAPS, SEPA).
• Monitor SAP payment proposals and exceptions.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for payment activities.
• Operate with strict financial controls and company policies.
• Liaise with Treasury to align with funding requirements and forecasting.
• Contribute to process documentation and training materials.
