INEOS Grangemouth is seeking a Finance and Systems Data Administrator for a temporary 9-12 month period. The role covers invoicing, journals, balance sheet reconciliations and SAP-driven processes within the European accounting team.

You will work with Excel, Word and Outlook daily, contribute to monthly closings, and support stock reporting and contractor reporting. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Educated to HND level in Accounting or Business Management or previous experience in similar role.
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and maintain accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Raise sales invoices for miscellaneous services.
• Prepare and post journals into the accounting system.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and identify variances and risks.
• Perform tasks in the monthly closing process in SAP.
• Initiate the month end P&L allocation processes.
• Create and maintain master data in SAP.
• Prepare daily stock reports.
• Produce weekly reporting for agency contractors.
