INEOS Chemicals Grangemouth Limited is seeking a Payments Co-ordinator to join the European Accounts Payable Team at Grangemouth. You will prepare, validate and execute daily payment runs, manage payment methods, and maintain vendor master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with terms.

Working at our Grangemouth HQ, you will liaise with Treasury, troubleshoot SAP payment proposals, and contribute to process documentation while adhering to strict financial controls.

Qualificações

• Demonstrable experience in an Accounts/Finance function.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, validate and execute daily payment runs on time and per terms.
• Manage and understand multiple payment methods (BACS, CHAPS, SEPA, etc).
• Maintain Vendor Master Data – bank details, payment terms, methods.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP payment proposals and exceptions.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for all payment activities.
• Adhere to strict financial controls and company policies.
• Collaborate with Treasury to align with funding and forecasting.
• Contribute to process documentation and training materials.
