INEOS in Grangemouth is seeking a Payments Co-ordinator to join the European Accounts Payable Team. The role is office-based at the HQ, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, permanent contract, salary dependent on skills and experience.

You will manage daily payment runs, oversee multiple payment methods, maintain vendor data and ensure compliance with controls while collaborating with Treasury and contributing to process improvements.

Formación

• Experience in an Accounts / Finance function.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes.
• Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of IT systems and software.
• Experience in high-volume processing would be beneficial.
• Previous SAP knowledge would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, validate and execute daily payment runs on time and in accordance with payment terms.
• Manage and understand multiple payment methods (BACS, CHAPS, SEPA, etc).
• Maintain accurate Vendor Master Data – bank details, payment methods and terms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP payment proposals and exceptions.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for all payment activities.
• Operate with strict financial controls and adhere to policies.
• Liaise with Treasury to align with funding requirements and forecasting.
• Contribute to process documentation and training materials.
