Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume, global Accounts Payable environment.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills and relationship building.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple payments inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Advanced Excel experience.
• Experience with AP automation systems (SoftCo preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare payment proposals based on processed invoices and escalations.
• Manage incoming escalations on outstanding payments.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely payments aligned with budgets.
• Verify and distribute remittance advices / proof-of-payments.
• Post payments to vendor accounts and clear invoices.
• Monitor pre-payments and apply to relevant invoices.
• Prepare reporting outlining key KPIs.
• Complete regular vendor account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management to resolve payment-related issues.
