Care Fertility in Woking seeks a Patient Services Executive to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering compassionate, expert care throughout their fertility journey. You will work with clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience reflects our values.

Ideal applicants have NHS exposure or experience in healthcare settings, with strong organisational and communication skills, and a proactive, patient‑centred approach to care. DBS may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a patient-facing role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
• NHS background is highly desirable, especially with NHS systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients and ensure compassionate, expert care.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to reflect our values in every patient interaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate patient journeys across the fertility pathway.
