Care Fertility London is looking for a Patient Services Executive to be the first point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey. You will provide compassionate, efficient administrative support and work closely with clinical and admin teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills and an empathetic approach to patient care, with NHS experience considered highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
• NHS background is desirable, with familiarity in NHS systems and processes (2 years preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and compassion.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for patients, handling enquiries with care and professionalism.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient journeys.
• Maintain accurate records and support a high-quality, compassionate patient experience.
