Job summary

Care Fertility London is looking for a Patient Services Executive to be the first point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey. You will provide compassionate, efficient administrative support and work closely with clinical and admin teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills and an empathetic approach to patient care, with NHS experience considered highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
• NHS background is desirable, with familiarity in NHS systems and processes (2 years preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and compassion.

What we're looking for: Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting. NHS background is highly desirable, especially with the use of NHS systems and processes (2 years' experience desirable). Strong administrative skills, with accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organisation, time management, and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to show empathy and compassion in every interaction. Key details: Location: Care Fertility London Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 8am – 6pm depending on shift (with some weekend work on a rota basis). Salary: £29,658.30 per annum, inclusive of High Cost Area Weighting.
