Optegra Eye Health Care is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our friendly team at the Manchester Eye Hospital. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, delivering a welcoming, professional service and supporting the Patient Services team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in front of house/customer service
• Experience in billing/accounts
• Private Healthcare experience desirable
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Well organized, able to prioritise and cope under pressure
• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
• Good IT skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Cover at the main hospital reception
• Be the first point of contact for patients and visitors
• Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner
• Support the Patient Services Team with queries, billing and general administration
