Job summary

The Market Harborough and Bosworth Partnership is seeking a full-time Patient Services Advisor for its busy reception team at the Medical Centre. The role focuses on answering calls, greeting patients, registering new patients and handling various administrative tasks while supporting the triage of patient messages each day.

You will also cover the front desk at the Minor Injuries Unit at St Luke's Hospital and receive training to take on additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• English and maths GCSE pass or equivalent.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and speak to patients at the front desk.
• Register new patients on the system and process documentation.
• Handle administrative tasks from the wider practice team.
• Triages patient messages daily, including WhatsApp.
• Cover front desk at the Minor Injuries Unit in St Luke's Hospital.
• Liaise with external organisations.
