Lakeside Healthcare Group is recruiting a full-time Patient Services Advisor to join the busy Reception/Telephone team in St Neots. The role focuses on delivering excellent patient experience through high-volume call handling, appointment management, and polite, efficient responses.

The successful candidate will cover reception duties, assist with GP communication, and work as part of a supportive NHS-oriented team across our sites. Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high volumes of telephone calls.
• Strong customer service focus and patient care.
• Ability to cover reception duties and assist team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct patient queries to the appropriate department.
• Cover all reception duties as required to support the team.
• Process appointment requests for same-day and future slots by phone and in person.
• Greet patients and liaise with the practice team.
• Relay information from GPs to patients in a timely manner.
