Job summary

One Stop Healthcare in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Patient Services Advisor to join our Patient Services team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will welcome visitors, help them access the appropriate service, and support the clinic with a courteous, efficient approach.

The ideal candidate will have GCSEs including English and Maths, be proficient in MS Office, and have experience in a public reception environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including English and Maths required.
• Experience in a public reception environment managing face-to-face communication with patients/public.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and patients to OSH and help them access the appropriate service.
• Maintain a visible presence and pro-active communication with patients, doctors, and clinic staff.
• Undertake administrative duties including billing and payments to support smooth clinic operations.
• Work a 37.5 hour week on a rotating 7-day rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
