You will handle receptionist duties for clinicians, use the EPR system to book clinic and follow-up appointments, and help manage the 18 weeks Referral to Treatment pathway.

The role requires excellent customer care, adaptability for day-to-day admin tasks, and willingness to cross-cover colleagues while ensuring targets and timescales are met.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE or equivalent.
• Highly accurate keyboard skills.
• Experience in an NHS environment and as a receptionist.

• Handling patient queries on the telephones.
