Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust in Basildon is seeking a part-time Band 2 Patient Pathway Administrator to support the patient journey and admin processes. You will be the first point of contact for patients and staff, book clinics and follow-ups in EPR, and help maintain targets such as the 18 weeks pathway, while providing a reliable administration service.

This maternity-cover role is fixed-term until 13 December 2027 and cannot sponsor visa applicants.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent.
• Highly accurate keyboard skills.
• Experience in NHS environment.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for patients and staff.
• Book patients in for clinic attendance using EPR.
• Book follow-up appointments with EPR.
• Understand the 18-week Pathway and targets.
• Handle patient queries by telephone.
• Scan and file paperwork.
• Be flexible in day-to-day admin duties.
