Job summary

Practice Plus Group Hospital Shepton Mallet is seeking an experienced Patient Pathway Lead to manage the end-to-end patient administration pathway. This fixed-term contract covers 6 to 12 months and offers a chance to shape service delivery and patient experience in a busy hospital setting.

You will lead teams across bookings, reception, medical records and discharge coordination while partnering with clinical colleagues to improve capacity, access and operational targets.

Qualifications
