Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Band 5 Patient Pathway Coordinator to oversee the day‑to‑day management of the specialty administrative team across Wexham Park and Heatherwood Hospitals, with occasional cover at Frimley Park.

You will monitor the Patient Tracking List and work queues, ensuring patients progress through pathways efficiently, NHS targets are met, and high‑quality, customer‑focused service is provided throughout care journeys.

• Ability to monitor patient tracking lists and work queues.

• Manage the specialty team, providing supervision and direct line management of the clinical admin team.
• Ensure booking procedures and administration resources deliver optimum capacity usage within targets.
• Manage performance to meet and maintain national targets per standard operating procedures.
• Identify capacity issues early and raise for escalation with service managers and clinicians.
• Agree action plans with service managers to sustain performance delivery.
