Job summary

London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWH) is seeking an administrative support post for the Department of Neurology at Central Middlesex Hospital. The role focuses on patient pathway tracking and ensuring RTT standards are met, while supporting data collection for national audits.

The post holder will work with Clinical Teams and the Service Management team, receiving training as required to fulfill duties and maintain accurate tracking records in the Trust database.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for providing administrative support to Clinical Teams
• To ensure that every patient pathway is tracked to be diagnosed and treated as quickly as possible, ensuring this is achieved within relevant RTT standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date record of patient tracking and escalations must be kept on the Trust database.
• To support the Service Management team to ensure all administrative process are delivered including data and evidence collection for relevant national audits.
