Job summary

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is seeking a proactive team member for the Patient Access Team. You will monitor and validate patients on clinical pathways to ensure access targets and data accuracy, guiding groups through non-admitted and admitted stages so treatment aligns with timelines.

The role requires strong communication, organisation and the ability to work under pressure, with experience in Allscripts being advantageous and a patient-centered approach a must.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the 18 week RTT pathways.
• Excellent communication and data collation skills.
• Ability to liaise with patients and staff under pressure.
• Experience with Allscripts and RTT pathways is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate patients on a clinical pathway to meet access targets.
• Manage groups of patients through the non-admitted and admitted elements of their treatment pathway.
• Provide support to band 3 staff and ensure accurate data recording.
