Job summary

We are seeking an outgoing, organized Patient Outreach & Scheduling Coordinator to reconnect existing patients with hearing care offices and keep provider schedules full. This role focuses on proactive outreach by phone to schedule appointments and build relationships with patients who already know our practices.

You will work with our patient database to identify overdue follow-ups, updated testing needs or newer hearing technology, and personally reach out to help get them scheduled.

Qualifications

• Experience with phone-based outreach and scheduling is preferred.
• Ability to identify follow-up opportunities and schedule effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to existing patients to schedule appointments.
• Help fill appointment openings across multiple office locations.
• Contact patients by phone, email and text using provided messaging.
• Identify patients who may benefit from follow-up care or updated testing.
• Support scheduling campaigns and events for patients.
• Review schedules and patient records to find appointment opportunities.
• Ensure consistent follow-up with previously contacted patients.
• Document conversations and outcomes in the patient management system.
• Track outreach, appointments scheduled and results.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Scheduling teams to improve activity.
