Job summary

Circle Health Group's Chelsfield Park Hospital in Kent is seeking a Patient Liaison Officer on a 13 month fixed term contract. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern.

Salary up to £30,000 per year depending on experience, training and qualification. You will convert self-pay enquiries, provide timely information, support patients through the process, and help ensure a quality service.

Qualifications

• Customer service across telephone, written, and face-to-face channels.
• Work within service performance standards.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Convert self-pay enquiries to self-pay procedures against targets.
• Provide timely responses to self-pay enquiries from patients, consultants, and NEC.
• Facilitate access times and information for conversion to procedures.
• Inform patients about indicative pricing and book clinic appointments.
• Complete mandatory training.
