Circle Health Group is seeking a Patient Liaison Officer at Chelsfield Park Hospital in Kent. This 37.5‑hour per week role is fixed for 13 months, with a salary up to £30,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

You will manage self-pay enquiries, provide pricing information, and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments while maintaining high levels of customer service and engagement with the NEC and hospital teams.

Qualifications

• Customer service across telephone, written and face‑to‑face channels.
• Able to respond promptly and accurately to enquiries from patients and NEC.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Convert self-pay enquiries to self-pay procedures against targets.
• Provide timely information and pricing to NEC and patients to maximise conversion.
• Facilitate access times and information needed for procedures.
• Influence patients to choose Circle Health Group for their procedure.
• Book self-pay patients into appropriate clinic appointments.
• Complete mandatory training and maintain quality service.
