Job summary

Circle Reading Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, is hiring a Patient Liaison Officer in Reading. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) and permanent, with a salary of up to £28,000 per year. You will join the Marketing department and support self-pay enquiries and conversions for patients.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills across multiple channels, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent English communication. A flexible shift pattern is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service across telephone, written and face-to-face channels.
• Ability to work within service performance standards.
• Excellent command of English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Convert self-pay enquiries to self-pay procedures within Circle Health Group against targets.
• Provide timely responses to self-pay enquiries from patients and NEC.
• Facilitate access times and information for patients to convert to procedure.
• Influence patients to choose Circle Health Group for their procedure.
• Provide pre-consultation information and pricing to NEC and patients to maximise appointment conversions.
• Book self-pay patients into appropriate clinic appointments.
• Complete mandatory training as required.
