Job summary

Circle Reading Hospital is seeking a Patient Liaison Officer to join the Marketing team. The role is 37.5 hours per week, full-time, with a flexible shift pattern. You will handle self-pay enquiries, convert potential patients to booked appointments, and provide accurate pricing information, collaborating with NEC and hospital staff.

Qualifications

• Customer service via telephone, written and face-to-face.
• Proven ability to perform within service standards.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Strong telephone manners and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert appropriate self-pay enquiries to self-pay procedures within Circle Health Group.
• Provide timely responses to self-pay enquiries from patients and NEC.
• Facilitate access times and information to convert to procedures.
• Influence patients to choose Circle Health Group for their procedure.
• Provide pre-consultation information and indicative pricing to NEC and patients.
• Book self-pay patients into appropriate clinic appointments.
• Complete mandatory training requirements.
