Circle Health Group is hiring a Patient Liaison Officer at Chelsfield Park Hospital in Kent. This full-time role (37.5 hours weekly) is fixed-term for 13 months and involves converting self-pay enquiries to procedures, delivering high-quality customer service, and supporting patients through the process.

The candidate will manage self-pay inquiries, provide pricing information, and book appointments while meeting performance standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience across telephone, written and face-to-face channels.
• Ability to work within service performance standards.
• Proven influencing/sales skills.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Convert appropriate self-pay enquiries to self-pay procedures against pre‑agreed targets.
• Ensure a quality service for potential self‑pay patients including timely responses.
• Facilitate necessary access times and information for patients to convert to procedure.
• Influence patients to choose Circle Health Group for their procedure.
• Provide pre‑consultation information and indicative pricing to the NEC and direct inquiries.
• Book appropriate self‑pay patients into clinic appointments.
• Complete all mandatory training.
