University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Receptionist (Band 3) for the Chalfont Centre for Epilepsy in Buckinghamshire. 28 hours per week with duties spanning front-desk reception and administrative support for patient pathways.

Formación

• GCSE level or equivalent with Grade C or above in English and Maths.
• NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, Customer Service, Healthcare Support Services or equivalent.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and confidentiality requirements (Data Protection Act).

Responsabilidades

• Actively managing the reception area and supporting the referral process for patient pathways.
• Collate information using EHRS system for admissions/day cases; book and reschedule appointments; retrieve information across hospital systems.
• Answer queries from patients, other departments and external sources; provide high-quality administrative support.
• Promote the Trust's objectives and demonstrate Trust Values and standards.
