University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) seeks a 28-hour Band 3 Receptionist to join the Neurology reception team at Chalfont Centre for Epilepsy in Buckinghamshire. You will manage reception duties, handle referrals, and support RTT and slot utilisation while ensuring smooth patient pathways and excellent customer service.

The role requires proactive communication, good organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a busy multi-disciplinary environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling reception and administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage referrals and patient pathways.
• Comfort with hospital IT systems and multiple hospital software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage busy reception area for the Neurology team at Chalfont Centre for Epilepsy.
• Book and reschedule appointments using EHRS and other hospital systems.
• Assist with RTT and slot utilisation to meet Trust targets.
• Provide high-quality administrative support and patient service.
