Job summary

Supertemps Ltd in Conwy is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join a supportive, forward-thinking team. You will be the first point of contact, offering a warm welcome, handling enquiries, and delivering accurate admin support across digital systems.

The role is full-time temporary with potential to become permanent for the right person. You will work 37 hours weekly, between 8:00 and 18:30, office-based, earning £13.30 per hour, with weekly pay and holiday accrual.

Qualifications

• Previous reception and administration experience in a busy environment.
• Confident IT skills with ability to learn new systems quickly (EMIS desirable).
• Excellent communication and ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with positivity in challenging situations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcoming service.
• Manage digital triage queries and support customers to use new online systems.
• Handle enquiries, appointments, orders and samples efficiently and accurately.
• Provide administration support using internal software, Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Calendars daily.
• Maintain a calm, solution-focused approach and help resolve issues in a positive manner.
