Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of UK GP Practice experience (essential).
• Proven hands-on experience using EMIS Web (essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and handle enquiries.
• Manage front desk, answer calls, and book appointments.
• Use EMIS Web to manage patient records, appointments, and admin tasks.
• Process repeat prescriptions according to practice protocols.
• Protect patient information with confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
• Liaise with GPs, nurses, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
