Job summary

Supertemps Ltd in Llandudno is seeking a Part-Time Call Centre Advisor to join a friendly, well-established team. You will handle customer enquiries across phone, email, Live Chat and SMS, book and manage appointments, and help optimise schedules.

The role requires prior customer service experience, confidence with Word, Excel and Outlook, and a calm, professional telephone manner. The position is temporary for about two months, 24 hours per week, with £12.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar environment.
• Confident IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Calm and professional approach with a solution-focused mindset.
• Professional telephone manner for sensitive or complaint-based calls.
• Strong communication skills with empathy and patience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries across channels (phone, email, Live Chat, SMS).
• Book, amend and manage customer appointments and schedules.
• Make outbound calls to optimise appointment schedules and promote offers.
• Accurately update customer records in the CRM system.
• Provide a consistently professional and high-quality customer experience.
• Handle a range of enquiries with patience and professionalism.
