Job summary

Optical Express in Haywards Heath and Brighton is seeking a Patient Advisor to deliver outstanding patient care and guide customers through treatments. You will be the first point of contact, building relationships and coordinating appointments with the optometrist.

You should have a passion for world-class service, strong organisation and the ability to communicate clearly with a diverse range of people. A rewarding role with generous benefits and bonus potential.

• Scheduling treatment dates
• Discussing finance options
• Accurately maintaining patient records

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Location: Haywards Heath & Brighton

Salary: from £26,500 plus bonus and benefits

It's our Patient Advisor's role to make our patients feel like a superstar from the moment they enter our clinics. Our Patient Advisors are often the first person our patient interacts with.

Every day will bring something new, but your day to day role will involve:
