Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Band 3) to be the first point of contact for patients at the front desk and in our on-site call centre. The role requires empathetic communication, accurate data entry, and strong administrative skills, with rotations across reception and on-site clinics.

You will maintain a welcoming environment, support patient flow, and liaise with the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and accurate

• Serve as first point of contact for patients entering our buildings or calling.

• Liaise with medical and nursing staff to support patient flow and information accuracy.
• Support weekend clinic sessions as needed and cover multiple sites.
