Job summary

London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an outpatient receptionist to record attendances, cancellations and DNAs on the EPR within required timeframes, check patients in and keep the reception area tidy and hygienic.

Operate across clinics on a rotational basis (8:30am–8:00pm) under the Working Time Directive, provide non-clinical guidance to patients, carers and staff, and support managers to deliver a patient‑focused service.

Responsibilities

• Record outpatient attendances, cancellations and DNAs on EPR within stipulated timeframes.
• Check in patients attending in person and maintain accurate patient information on the Trust ERS.
• Maintain an uncluttered, tidy reception area and ensure hygienic conditions across reception spaces.
