Job summary

Brook Street is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator / Coordinator to join a growing specialist healthcare team as a Patient Coordinator. You will guide patients through their healthcare journey, converting enquiries into appointments and delivering excellent customer service.

As the first point of contact for new patient enquiries, you will coordinate appointments, handle payments and work closely with consultants to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Responding to enquiries via phone, email and online referrals.
• Converting enquiries into booked consultations and achieving sales targets.
• Following up warm leads to maximise booking opportunities.
• Explaining services, pricing and treatment pathways.
• Coordinating appointments and managing patient bookings.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Liaising with consultants and clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Delivering an outstanding experience from first enquiry through to treatment.
