Job summary

Healthium Clinics is seeking a Patient Coordinator / Sales Support Administrator to deliver a premium patient experience while handling enquiries, bookings and CRM administration from initial contact through follow-up. You will coordinate appointments, respond via phone, email, website and social channels, and support clinicians to ensure an efficient patient journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient coordination, sales support or customer service in a clinic or premium service environment.
• Strong communicator who can convert enquiries into bookings.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple patient journeys and priorities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based role in Henley-on-Thames.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient enquiries across telephone, email, website and social channels.
• Coordinate patient journey from enquiry to consultation booking and treatment coordination.
• Schedule appointments, manage clinician availability and clinic rotas.
• Provide information on services, pricing and next steps, escalate clinical questions.
• Build patient relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.
• Follow up leads to maximise conversions and support follow-up sales activity.
• Maintain CRM records with next actions and follow-up dates.
• Support front-of-house administration and coordinate with clinicians.
