Job summary

Brook Street is hiring a Patient Sales Coordinator in East Sussex (on-site). The role focuses on guiding patients from enquiry to appointment booking while delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.

You will work Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with full training provided in a supportive, collaborative team environment. Full training, ongoing support, and a rewarding career path are offered.

We're looking for a Patient Sales Coordinator to join a specialist private healthcare team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in sales, telesales, customer service, patient coordination or appointment booking who thrives on building relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them from their initial enquiry through to booking appointments and supporting them throughout their treatment journey. You'll work towards achievable sales targets while providing a professional, empathetic and personalised service every step of the way.

What we're looking for:
