Job summary

Brook Street is seeking a Patient Sales Coordinator in rural East Sussex. This on-site role involves guiding patients through their healthcare journey, converting enquiries into appointments, and delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email and referrals, coordinate bookings, explain services and pricing, and work with clinicians to ensure a smooth patient experience. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Confident telephone manner and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and online referrals.
• Convert enquiries into booked consultations and meet sales targets.
• Follow up warm leads to maximise booking opportunities.
• Explain services, pricing and treatment pathways clearly.
• Coordinate appointments and manage patient bookings.
• Process payments and maintain patient records accurately.
