Job summary

Healthium Clinics in Henley-on-Thames is seeking a Patient Coordinator / Sales Support Administrator to blend warm customer service with precise administration. You will manage the patient journey from first enquiry to consultation booking, coordinate appointments and maintain CRM records.

The role requires confident communication across phone, email and social channels, a proactive approach to follow-ups, and collaboration with clinicians to improve response times and booking processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in patient coordination, sales support, customer service or a similar commercially focused role.
• Experience in a clinic/healthcare or premium service environment would be advantageous.
• Confident communicator who is comfortable engaging prospective customers and asking for bookings.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple patient journeys and priorities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the patient journey from initial enquiry through to consultation booking and follow-up.
• Coordinate appointments, clinician availability and clinic rotas.
• Provide clear information on services, pricing and next steps.
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up dates to avoid lost leads.
• Track lead sources and conversions to inform campaigns.
• Support front-of-house administration and overall patient experience.
